This report presents the results of a small survey conducted by our organization in the autumn of 2011, which has shown, that the forced labour of schoolchildren, students, and state workers is widespread in almost all of the provinces in Uzbekistan where cotton is grown. Over the course of the research, we conducted 130 interviews with schoolchildren, their parents, students from lyceums and colleges, teachers, and farmers.
